Pre-Draft Report: Marlins

The 2023 Champs have a lot to prove after coming up short in 2024, despite having a lot of projections saying they would be a championship contender.  In 2025, not much has changed as they again lead the projected Power Ratings report.

This team’s ultimate strength revolves around their starting rotation.  The three-heade-monster of Zach Wheeler, Corbin Burnes and Logan Webb look to keep hitters in check during the course of the season. 

On offense, there are plenty of bats to lead the way.  Top guys include Juan Soto, JT Realmuto and Corey Seager.  These three among others will lead a cast of bangers in this lineup.

The plan is still the same for the Marlins, they have all the tools in all aspects of the game to churn out a title.  The question is will they trip and stumble and recover.  This team will refuse to fall again.

Juan Soto will be carrying a big stick in Miami this season.
