Multiple Deals At Deadline As Teams Add For Championship Run

As we hit the final hours of the KPSL Trade Deadline, teams took advantage to boosting their rosters for the playoff push. Below are the deals that were made last night:

Cubs – Cardinals

Cards trade Cardinals 4^th round pick and Ryan Helsley to the Cubs for Jesus Sanchez and Dodgers 6^th round pick.

Phillies – Cardinals

Phillies send Jose Altuve and the Giants 8^th round pick to Cardinals for Joey Weimer and the Cardinals 5^th round pick.

Diamondbacks - Nationals

Diamondbacks trade Scott Barlow and Diamondbacks 3rd round pick to the Nationals for Jurickson Profar and the Nationals 7th round pick.

Dodgers – Brewers

Dodgers trade Dodgers 4th and Victor Robles To brewers for Blake Perkins and dodgers 10^th.

Rockies – Nationals

Rockies trade Brewers 10th round pick and Robert Hassell III to the Nationals for John Curtiss and Nationals 13th round pick

The Cardinals came out early and made two moves. Landing Jesus Sanchez and Jose Altuve provides them with more depth as they try to hold off the Dodgers for the top spot in the KPSL.

Now we see how all of the teams will fare through the rest of the 2nd half. Will these moves lock up a playoff berth and potential championship?
